Our story
It began with a vision: to keep people connected to stories from home when they traveled.
In 1999, we launched a print-on-demand service, sending overnight media files to hotels so they could print daily papers from around the globe for their guests.
As digital media grew so did we, advancing our vision at scale. For a quarter century, we’ve brought the world’s top content within reach.
Today, PressReader is the leading all-you-can-read digital platform, providing instant access to thousands of newspapers, magazines and eBooks to readers in every country around the world.
What started with 20 publications has turned into thousands of titles from the world's top publishers in languages from every corner of the globe.

You’ll now find us in homes, hotels, airlines, cruise ships, libraries, universities, lobbies, waiting rooms, and more. We continue to give curious minds access to the stories they care about — exactly where and when they want them.
As we look ahead, this has never been more critical. With the speed and scale of disinformation, media literacy matters. Our vision today is to create the world’s most trusted content experience, empowering readers with compelling and credible information, in new and exciting formats.
